Zed Run announced the details of the upcoming drop, the Echo Drop, in a blog posted on June 9, 2021. Being true to their word, the Zed Run team listened to the community and made significant changes to the drop format. Below are some information on the drop.
Drop Information
- Drop date: June 10, starting at 5 pm PT.
- The drop will consist of 4 waves at 15-minute intervals:
- Wave 1: 5 pm PT
- Wave 2: 5:15 pm PT
- Wave 3: 5:30 pm PT
- Wave 4: 5:45 pm PT
- There will be a 10-minute period at the start of each wave where participants can only purchase one racehorse. After this period, there will be no limits to purchasing.
- A unique link for the wave they are assigned to will be sent via email to Zed Run stable owners. Only those stables who receive the link will be able to access the drop.
- Stables created on or after June 9, 2021 will not be eligible for the Echo Drop. This is to prevent users from being able to create multiple stables to receive multiple drop links.

Tera Drop Broken Link Updates
Zed Run announced some good news for those who missed out last drop due to the broken drop link. Users who got the broken link will be able to participate in Wave 1 AND another wave during the Echo Drop. Wave 1 of the drop will be exclusive to these users.
Drop Currency: WETH on Polygon/Matic
Similar to the Tera Drop, racehorses in the Echo drop can be purchased with WETH that is in the Zed Run Wallet. According to Zed Run, ETH must be deposited into WETH by only using the ZED RUN Wallet; WETH acquired from other sources will not work on ZED RUN. However, we think that as long as the WETH is in or transferred to Polygon/Matic (which you can do here), it should appear in your Zed Run wallet, and can therefore be used for the drop.
